BSTC full form is Basic School Training Course and it is an   entry level   test offers admission to eligible candidates in teaching courses. The test is conducted by Govind Guru Tribal University, Banswara. It is a 2 years long diploma course for primary teachers in Rajasthan. The GGTU is going to conduct BSTC Pre Entrance Exam 2019 in May month. The Bihar Right to Public Service (RTPS) is a web portal provides Jati, Aay and Income Certificates online to people of Bihar. Those who want to get any certificate just need to register their mobile number while filling RTPS Bihar Online Application Form.
